Anafranil Dosage

The recommended starting Anafranil dose for treating obsessive-compulsive behavior is 25 mg once a day. Your healthcare provider may slowly increase your Anafranil dosage up to 100 mg within two weeks. Because Anafranil can cause drowsiness, it is recommended that you take your dose at bedtime. Do not adjust your Anafranil dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically instructs you to do so.
