Anafranil Drug Information
Anafranil® (clomipramine hydrochloride) is a prescription drug used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder in adults, teens, and children. Available in the form of a capsule, the medicine is typically taken one to three times a day. Although most people tolerate it well, side effects are possible and may include dry mouth, dizziness, and drowsiness, among others.
