Precautions and Warnings With Duloxetine

You should be aware of the precautions and warnings with duloxetine before taking the medication. Some of the precautions and warnings with this drug relate to an increased risk of suicidal thoughts or behavior, the possibility of developing liver problems, and possible pregnancy risks. Certain people should not take the medication, including those who have taken an MAOI within the past two weeks and those who have uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma.

Be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all of the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
