Drug Interactions With FluoxetineSometimes when different medications are taken together, it is possible to develop negative drug interactions. With fluoxetine, medicines that may cause a drug interaction include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, warfarin, aspirin, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Drug interactions with fluoxetine may increase the level of medicines in your system and increase your risk for developing serious side effects, among other things.
