Fluoxetine and Premature Ejaculation: Summary

Fluoxetine can be useful in men with premature ejaculation. Be sure to talk to your healthcare provider if you are having problems with premature ejaculation, as it is a treatable condition. While fluoxetine is not approved for this use, your healthcare provider may prescribe fluoxetine "off-label" for the treatment of premature ejaculation.
