Certain Antibiotics or Antifungals
Some antibiotics and antifungal medications can increase the level of chlordiazepoxide in your blood, increasing your risk of chlordiazepoxide side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking one of these medications while you are using chlordiazepoxide.
 
Narcotics or Opiates
Combining an opiate or narcotic with chlordiazepoxide can increase your risk of side effects, such as drowsiness, confusion, memory loss, or difficulty breathing. Serious side effects may occur. Make sure to talk to your healthcare provider before taking chlordiazepoxide with an opiate or narcotic.
 
Other Benzodiazepines
Combining chlordiazepoxide with other benzodiazepines can increase your risk of side effects, such as drowsiness, confusion, memory loss, or difficulty breathing. Serious side effects may occur. Protease Inhibitors
