A few of the conditions that you should let your healthcare provider know about before you take paroxetine controlled release include diabetes, seizures or epilepsy, and glaucoma. To reduce the risk of drug interactions, you should also tell your healthcare provider (prior to taking paroxetine controlled release) about all other drugs you are taking.
