If you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant while taking Paxil, let your healthcare provider know. Your healthcare provider will consider the benefits and risks of using the drug during pregnancy before making a recommendation in your particular situation. Do not stop taking Paxil without first discussing it with your healthcare provider, even if you are pregnant.
