Paxil can be useful for treating men who experience premature ejaculation. Be sure to talk to your healthcare provider if you are having problems with premature ejaculation, as it is a treatable condition. While Paxil is not approved for this use, your healthcare provider may prescribe Paxil "off-label" for the treatment of premature ejaculation.
