Taking Sarafem and an MAOI together can cause life-threatening side effects. Never take an MAOI and Sarafem at the same time, and do not take Sarafem if you have taken an MAOI within the past 14 days. Also, because Sarafem stays in your system for so long, do not take an MAOI if you have taken Sarafem within the past five weeks.

Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)
Taking Sarafem and NSAIDs together can increase your risk of stomach bleeding. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking NSAIDs and Sarafem together.
